Ed infine conferma che la dottoressa arriverá!
Ore 8.45 la dottoressa non c’è ancora.
Se una struttura privata non è in grado di rispettare tempi e qualità non dovrebbe operare, semplice
 What's the point of booking a paid visit at 8.15am, only to be told 20 minutes later "ahh it was 8.15am?"
And finally confirms that the doctor will arrive!
8.45 am the doctor is not there yet.
If a private structure is not able to respect deadlines and quality it should not operate, simple

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso questa clinica per una risonanza magnetica e una tac.devo dire che il personale è gentile e nonostante un ritardo per avere l esecuzione della tac,la dottoressa è stata squisita e professionale e mi ha spiegato la risposta dell'esame eseguito dal quale sorge un problema e mi consiglia di fare una risonanza. Beh alla risonanza sono rimasta estremamente delusa,il personale scontroso e poco disponibile e al termine dell'esame mi viene consegnato un foglio dentro una cartellina senza nessuna spiegazione di quanto evidenziato nell'esame,che comunque non era estremamente positivo e di difficile comprensione. Peccato perché i pazienti non devono essere trattati così i veterinari sono più professionali in certi casi.
I went to this clinic for an MRI and a CT scan. I have to say that the staff are nice and despite a delay in having the CT scan, the doctor was exquisite and professional and explained to me the answer of the exam performed by the which arises a problem and advises me to do a resonance. Well at the resonance I was extremely disappointed, the staff grumpy and not very helpful and at the end of the exam I was given a sheet in a folder without any explanation of what was highlighted in the exam, which in any case was not extremely positive and difficult to understand. Too bad because patients don't have to be treated so vets are more professional in some cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude female doc who didn't want to give me pain medication for a terrible back pain. Had to cancel my trip and go back home. This clinic is more expensive than the guardia medica for exemple. The doctor was not able to speak basic english, was rude and did not listen. Call guardia medica, much better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am pregnant, with a risky pregnancy and it took me 3 hours to do my Bi Test. A total lack of respect with high risk patients. Everything I would complain they would tell me 20 minutes. I could swear they told me 20 minutes at least 3 times. Completely disrespectful. I definitely do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the pcr because i needed for traveling,and they told me they gonna send me at the mail the next day and i paid 60€.The next day i was flying to another country and i needed to show in the airport the pcr results and i didn't have it in the mail because they never send it to me..so necessarily i did it again..
