★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest rip off ever (even for Italy)!! We had 5x fish of the day, 1xseafood soup, 1xpasta entree and two salad sides and got charged €250 (the fish of the day was charged at €30 each despite the menu staying €15) something about the weight of the fish. It was nice but it definitely wasn't that nice. Don't go there unless you're able to argue in Sicilian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was prepared without love, tasted a bit bitter and charred, there were no chefs touches on display. I felt the food was plain, boring, small and over priced. The least enjoyable meal we have had in 5 days in the city, yet the most expensive. The grilled seafood was miserly (1 small prawn, 1 tiny octopus, small fish, thinnest swordfish steak and bitter cuttlefish, barely enough to feed a cat, and none of the 5 carried much flavour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb!! The seafood pasta was beautifully cooked with generous portions of clams, calamari, octopus all in cherry tomatoe sauce! We had a delicious refreshing Alcesti wine complemented the food perfectly.
Staff were so helpful and friendly. We were recommended this place by our hotel and dined here on our first night in Siracusa. We will definitely be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a real shame that the food at this place turned out to be so average, but I wouldn’t have given a low rating had the problems stopped there yesterday.
We ordered the mixed antipasti, which included razor clams, raw shrimps and other raw seafood and the raw shrimps tasted rancid.
When I brought this up to them, they said that there is nothing wrong with the freshness and that the marinade is the problem.
Turns out, they were rancid indeed. After an absolutely hellish night for every member of our group that tasted the shrimps, I have no choice but to give a one star rating. Most of the other dishes weren’t too great either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was accommodating as we came quite late to have dinner. The wine was excellent and so was the food. The BEST calamari fritti we have had in ALL of Sicily. SUPER CRISPY, not oily at all - just amazing. Seafood Pasta & Pasta alle Vongole were really good too. Highly recommended.
