★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful museum.
First three floors are a palace, then 4th, 5th and 6th floor turned into a modern art museum. A large collection of art pieces, even contemporary art.
They have a roof top cafe, and it was so nice to see the harbor view.
Totally worth to visit.
One sad thing was the museum shop. They should develop more souvenir products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is important to know about the history of this museum before entering it. But, once you know about Pasquale Revoltella, his palazzo and his bequest, the museum will tell you the story of a rich art enthusiast, his eclectic selection of paintings and great investment in sculptures. Moreover, the interior of the Palazzo Revoltella itself is admirable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Museum with a great collection of fine arts (paintings and sculptures). We enjoyed the innovative presentation of Monet and Le Poittevin. Besides, there are many other impressive pieces of fine arts, which is almost imperative to see when visiting Triest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful building with amazing sculptures. Noone told us there was an English app even though we were clearly tourists so we walked around the museum with very minimum English information. So minus one star for customer service.
