Ci ha accolto il proprietario all'apertura (rispettata in pieno), e ci siamo lasciati consigliare sulle bottiglie da comprare. Dire che era preparato è dir poco, ci ha fornito descrizioni dettagliate di ogni bottiglia, lasciandoci a bocca aperta. È stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole, e sicuramente torneremo la prossima volta che saremo a Trieste, anche solo per bere un calice buono di vino. Super consigliata! Well stocked and beautiful wine shop. The owner welcomed us at the opening (fully respected), and we let ourselves be advised on the bottles to buy. To say it was prepared is an understatement, he gave us detailed descriptions of each bottle, leaving us speechless. It was a really enjoyable experience, and we will certainly return next time we are in Trieste, if only to have a good glass of wine. Super recommended!

Sortiment, Beratung, Wertschätzung für den Kunden und Freundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Danke auch für die Adresse mit der handgemachten „pasta fresca“. Perfekter Abend mit toskanischem Wein ? und frischer Pasta. Uneingeschränkte 5 + Sterne. Vielen Dank und alles Gute für Euch. Assortment, advice, appreciation for the customer and friendliness cannot be surpassed. Thanks also for the address with the handmade "pasta fresca". Qua non si comprano bottiglie di vino ma esperienze di vita. Una vita dedicata alla ricerca e alla raffinatezza. Ottimo il traminer aromatico delle Cantine Rauscedo. Mi permetto di svelare il SEGRETO che mi ha stregato e aperto un mondo sul loro vino. Lo scrivo perchè è davvero unico al mondo. La particolarità di tanta bontà sta nella coltivazione delle vigne. Le vigne vengono coltivate nel letto di un fiume. Il letto del fiume è composto in prevalenza di pietre bianche e sabbia che, attraverso il sole ?, si riscaldano così tanto da creare una barriera naturale contro afidi e insetti infestanti. Il vino così ottenuto non viene alterato nel gusto e nella sostanza. All'interno ritroviamo tutti i sentori ed i profumi dei fiori e perfino delle foglie della pianta, ed è grazie a questo splendido modo di coltivare che il vino ? racchiude in sé un gusto così intenso e particolare. A life dedicated to research and refinement. The aromatic traminer of the Rauscedo cellars is excellent. Allow me to reveal the SECRET that bewitched me and opened a world to their wine. I write it because it is truly unique in the world. The peculiarity of so much goodness lies in the cultivation of the vines. The vines are grown in a river bed. The river bed is mainly composed of white stones and sand which, through the sun ?, heat up so much that they create a natural barrier against aphids and pests. The wine thus obtained is not altered in taste and substance. Inside we find all the scents and aromas of the flowers and even the leaves of the plant, and it is thanks to this splendid way of growing that wine ? embodies such an intense and particular taste.
