Depending on taste this one is high. I recomnend it. I have never seen Pizzeria publishing its pizzaiolo near entrance on a fix plate.

β β β β β Years after my first dinner experience there, I went back to Assaje this week.
We are enjoying our time outside following the yellow zone guidelines just like everyone else, and they are definitely impressing people with their welcome drinks, fried dough appetizers and little bottles of liquore.
The service was incredibly fast. And the pizza is simply delicious.

β β β β β This is not how I remember this place from 2 years ago. It was too hectic, no familiar amazing service we experienced before. Waited for food for too long, and on topim of all pizza was really weird. I ordered 4 Stagione, it looked like it was done in a huge hurry,with one weird pile of a lot of crudo in a corner, on piece of asparagus, and one piece of some kind of ham.

β β β β β The best pizza in trieste...here u get for welcome drink amazing prosecco and ther amazing little breads..then if u are pizza lover u are in the right place here u can taste the best pizza in trieste...u can feel all quality ingridients and also they have real italian tiramisu and u know that italy is home of this dessert so here is georgous must come to see u wont be sorry
