Conosciamo questa pizzeria da tanto tempo e, nelle volte in cui ci troviamo in questa meravigliosa cittΓ , non possiamo non farvi visita.
Una pizza a metΓ tra lo stile napoletano classico, con un cornicione non troppo importante e lo stile romano, per via di uno spessore e una consistenza nella parte centrale, comunque importante.
Uno stile che Γ¨ difficile ritrovare altrove, complice anche una cottura che non Γ¨ quella violenta classica ma che riesce a dorare tutto l'impasto, conferendogli una particolare maculatura tendente al bruno e mai al bruciato.
La consistenza Γ¨ appagante e fragrante, l'impasto resta umido il giusto e leggero al morso, il sapore della farina stessa Γ¨ particolarmente presente, segno della sua ottima qualitΓ e, crediamo, di una moderata raffinazione.
Gli ingredienti che vanno a farcire il prodotto sono ottimi e presenti nelle giuste quantitΓ , una menzione d'onore va alla pizza con crema di zucca, provola e salsiccia, dal sapore corposo e avvolgente e con una consistenza cremosa e scioglievole.
Bella anche l'idea di proporre diverse tipologie di impasti, 5 cereali, integrale, senza glutine..
Noi abbiamo provato una pizza con impasto ai 5 cereali, apprezzandone un aroma pazzesco e un sapore incredibilmente ricco, nonchΓ© la particolaritΓ del colore.
Raffaele, il proprietario, Γ¨ una persona deliziosa, mostra tutto l'amore per il suo prodotto e ti accoglie sempre al meglio.
Locale consigliatissimo, tappa obbligatoria per gli amanti del genere.

We have known this pizzeria for a long time and, in the times we are in this wonderful city, we cannot fail to visit you.
A pizza halfway between the classic Neapolitan style, with a not too important cornice and the Roman style, due to a thickness and consistency in the central part, however important.
A style that is difficult to find elsewhere, also thanks to a cooking that is not the classic violent one but that manages to brown the whole dough, giving it a particular speckling tending to brown and never burnt.
The consistency is satisfying and fragrant, the dough remains moist and light enough to the bite, the flavor of the flour itself is particularly present, a sign of its excellent quality and, we believe, of a moderate refinement.
The ingredients that fill the product are excellent and present in the right quantities, an honorable mention goes to the pizza with pumpkin cream, provolone and sausage, with a full-bodied and enveloping flavor and with a creamy and melt-in texture.

We tried a pizza with 5 cereals dough, appreciating a crazy aroma and an incredibly rich flavor, as well as the particularity of the color.
Raffaele, the owner, is a delightful person, he shows all the love for his product and always welcomes you to the best.
Highly recommended place, a must for lovers of the genre.
