★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting food, a plastic fast food burger and tasteless veal. Service was fine at the start but after we got food we were completely ignored. A nice location but there are some nicer views in Sirmione. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silk is a nice restaurant with good menu. The food is very well prepared and nicely served. The ambiance is somewhat classy, although still casual. The restaurant seems to be aiming on the tourists with a little money to spend.
I found the meal (a good pizza, with fresh vegetables and nicely sliced parma ham) to be very tasty.
The only reason they didn't score all the five stars is because the personnel seemed fatigued and were taking it slow and were less interested. Now I have to add, it was the end of the season, so perhaps it is logical. But still, we were customers too!
I still recommend this restaurant warmly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You would be hard pressed to find a cafe and restaurant with this quality of food and drink with this kind of view. Not only does silk have green beach right in front of it with wonderful places to lounge by the beach, they also offer above average food and drinks. In particular their cocktails are great! You’ll never get a watery spritz! Not only that their pastries are quite nice and their cappuccinos are always on point. The restaurant is also quite good. In particular the salads are soo good - the seafood and vegetables are fresh as can be. The service is extremely good and everyone is kind!
The only point of improvement is the pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main course was lovley, however I'm not sure how fresh the fish was. We had lasagne and seafood ravioli to start, the lasagne had clearly been microwaved as it was warm in some parts but not others and it was quite stodgy. Very nice view though!
