★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took “menu dégustation” with wines. When we arrived the restaurant, we were quite impressed by the view, then we took several photos from the rooftop. This was the highlight of our experience at this place, and the nightmare started.. there were many servers but they were busy doing nothing. Just keep eyes on your water glass. After taking sometime, we have received our dishes one after another with drinks. I would say wine selection was not bad, but ultimately the food was not really good.. all the plates look pretty though. If this was less than 300 euros for two, it’s ok for me. We can just say it was a bad luck. But it was more than 430 euros-ish. Then it became not just a bad luck. I don’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel and restaurant. Excellent and attentive service. Unfortunately, due to rain we were unable to dine on the terrace. Food was of food quality and well executed. Very pricey though and at this price point would expect something special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable experience and easily the best restaurant I’ve ever visited. 8 course Italian style tasting menu while overlooking the amazing views of Venice really made this an occasion to remember forever. Special thanks to Carla and Michele for their great service and making this such an experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxury a given, definitely expensive. Two persons tasting menu 366 euro in total no wine. Had the tasting menu - great selection. Added a linguine half portion to the tasting menu for me and the wife. The lamb ribs were tasty and soft as was my wife. I was very impressed. Good view to boot, a given for the price. Lovely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A remarkable experience someone must try in Venice, even though it is very expensive. An elegant restaurant in a famous hotel with an unbelievable view, serving carefully prepared dishes. The selection of dishes is not big, but everything we ordered was delicious and well presented. The staff is professional and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was such a pleasure to come back and have dinner again on the rooftop of the Danieli. My partner and I did one of the tasting menus and it was fantastic. The service was superb and they put us in the best seats in the house along the canal side of the balcony. It was a beautiful evening and we were not rushed at all. The one thing I noted that I didn't love- this is one of the most elegant restaurants in the world, and they were letting in guests who were wearing ripped jeans and hoodies, which is just disrespectful to the establishment and its' history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is top-notch, everything is excellent from food, service, the motivated and always smiling waiters and the view is just superbe - the best rooftop restaurant in Venice! Just amazing to sit, eat and look at the reflection of the sun on the sea of the canal! Definitely recommended although pricey but worth every dime!
