★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so excited to have a drink at the bar so I could spend time inside Hotel Danieli. Truly gorgeous grandeur in all directions. Bar Dandolo is an upscale space with delicious drinks in a very special atmosphere. The service was impeccable. I stopped in for a mid day drink in order to visit at a quiet time on my vacation. It’s located right outside of the craziness of San Marco, so it was great to find a place of solitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic surroundings to enjoy a couple of drinks in the centre of Venice. A wide selection of cocktails, wines and spirits and great bar staff. It is as expensive as similar standard Venice bars but with a grand palace-like setting and elegant decor this one is up at the top of the list for me. Such a great place to people watch as well, so many nationalities conversing and stories to eavesdrop! ;-)
