P	Prakhar Mishra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was nice and small, but no other facilities/gadgets were provided, like hair drier or electric kettle. There was a sofa chair in my room with two bed side tables, table lamps mounted on top. Also, there was a mini bar. The hotel was close to St. Marks square.
A	Ana Ocana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk guys were very weird and rude, as was the woman who cleaned the rooms. They charged for a "tourist tax" when you are checking out but that was never mentioned at the time of making the reservation or when we checked in. They don't give you directions or explain about the breakfast at check in. The room was old and moldy. The bathroom and shower were really tiny. We asked for an iron at 9am in the morning and they said they just can give you one after 3 pm, so we had to be without our clothes ironed the whole day. Being honest, breakfast is the only thing this hotel does well.

Rooms are ok but ours was hot and stuffy and overlooked the air conditioning units, as will most of the rooms that are facing in to the courtyard. Lost a star because Breakfast was a bit of a shambles. Other reviewers have raved about the croissants, but they are strictly rationed to one each and if you ask for more they look at you like a naughty child. Breakfast finishes at 10, and that’s because it’s actually served in an adjacent cafe that opens at 10, so they make it quite clear that you must leave by 10. Each day we got there at around 9.30 but many things had run out, and there seemed to be a reluctance to replenish due to the impending 10am “deadline”.

The location was perfect, our apartment was luxurious and way bigger than what we needed or expected it to be, and the breakfast was something that we always talk about, just superb ?

Near from boat station and shopping street ▪️Breakfast: it’s variant and delicious ,but when we asked for a second plate of eggs . It was small portion with no extra bread . ▪️ Standard Room is very very tiny . We have two handbags and we have to return it to the car ,so we can move. It is not provided with tee and coffee as other hotels . The toilet is even smaller , my man cannot bend down in the shower box . The condition is cool and the beds are clean . They describes the bed as queen bed ,but actually it’s two single beds that are ended up together. ▪️Service is the worst point . What happend with us that we were heading directly to venice from pisa without taking a hotel in pisa . Our car was defekted ,so we have to sleep in pisa And at the same day we have a booking in Campiello hotel Vemice. We called the hotel and expliand our problem . They didn’t give us a clear answer they said dont worry . We can have a solution for this you can call to our boss we you arrive . We arrived and the reception told us that is not my responsibility , you call my boss at the morning . They were delaying the answer that we have to pay for the night that we miss . They didnt tell us from the first time cuz they know we wont book for the rest day. They are very bad and were dishonst with us from the beginning .

The staff was helpful and even helped us with getting to and from airport. Housekeeping did a great job with the daily service. The location of this hotel is perfect, close to everything! Breakfast was really good. Our family was very happy with they stay and is looking forward to visiting again.
