G	Giovanni Foddis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 01/02/2021 premesso che da anni effettuo le analisi del sangue presso questo laboratorio di analisi in via tempio della fortuna a Fiumicino, sia le segretarie all'accettazione (fatta eccezione per una che spesso è un po scortese) che il personale medico che effettua i prelievi sono efficienti, professionali e molto gentili, oggi a causa di un disguido dovuto all'installazione di un nuovo programma per l'accettazione dei pazienti è stato un calvario, attese interminabili accompagnate dalla scortesia e carenza di informazioni da parte delle segretarie. Avrebbero dovuto indottrinare e istruire il personale prima di ricevere il pubblico, evitando attese estenuanti e disguidi inutili. Il personale medico è stato come sempre impeccabile, un po' più di cortesia da parte delle segreterie sarebbe stato gradito. N	Nuna R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da denuncia, sono in gravidanza e ho necessità di avere la risposta di alcune analisi in tempi brevi perché potrebbe mettere a rischio la vita della mia piccola, loro mi assicurano che dopo 2 giorni sarebbero arrivate, per poi scoprire chiamando il numero verde, che le analisi in merito hanno un tempo di refertazione di 15giorni. Servizio pessimo, per non parlare del fatto che non rispondono MAI al telefono. Marilab le stesse analisi me le referta in 3 giorni. Se avete un catenaccio vi consiglio di chiudere. Chi ha urgenza non può contare nemmeno sul fatto che almeno ti diano un consiglio o un parere o delle risposte , perché non rispondono mai . They never answer the phone. Se non potete dare un servizio meglio essere chiari dall'inizio piuttosto che accettare. Era meglio la vecchia società. Not a serious company.
