Il pesce l'ho trovato fresco nulla contro,ma ho mangiato di meglio e non alla carta. Poi non so perché ma nel menù erano presenti degli asterischi, non so se riferiti al pesce oppure a qualche ingrediente, fatto sta che penso che potrebbero migliorare molto di più. Saluti I was very curious to taste this sushi, very high prices for the quantity. I found fresh fish nothing against it, but I ate better and not a la carte. Then I don't know why but there were asterisks in the menu, I don't know if they referred to fish or to some ingredient, the fact is that I think they could improve much more. Greetings
L	Lorenzo Cerrato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ordinato queste fantastiche porzioni di sushi che non solo si sono rivelate ottime ma soprattutto sopra le aspettative la qualità prezzo fuori dalla norma in totale rispetto con la tradizione e ovviamente un gradito pizzico di innovazione, la qualità del pescato e la scelta delle materie prime sono qualcosa di eccezionale ci ha molto stupito la panatura croccante e la varietà nelle scelte proposte, senza alcun indugio possiamo ammettere che anche se aperto da un anno non ha nulla da invidiare a nessun ristorante a Fiumicino anzi mi verrebbe quasi la presunzione di insinuare che è sicuramente sopra la media e forse anche un pizzico di più, non mi vergogno a dire che in queste giornate di freddo come si dice dalle nostre parti ci siamo proprio ricreati... Sono contento di aver scoperto questo ristorante sarà la prima di una lunga serie di acquisti presso la loro struttura in bocca al lupo ragazzi continuate così??? PS. Grazie mille per il tiramisù...? We ordered these fantastic portions of sushi which not only turned out to be excellent but above all above expectations the price quality out of the norm in total respect with tradition and obviously a welcome pinch of innovation, the quality of the catch and the choice of raw materials are something exceptional we were very surprised by the crunchy breading and the variety in the choices proposed, without any delay we can admit that even if it has been open for a year it has nothing to envy to any restaurant in Fiumicino indeed I would almost presume to insinuate that it is definitely above average and maybe even a bit more, I'm not ashamed to say that in these cold days as they say in our country we have just recreated ... I'm glad to have discovered this restaurant will be the first of a long series of purchases at their facility good luck guys keep it up??? PS. Thank you so much for the tiramisu ... ?

Un’altra prova che “Italians do it better”. Consiglio di provare l’involtino Amalfi, è un piacere puro. The best sushi tried in Italy! The quality of the product is great, not to mention the goodness. A mix of Mediterranean and Japanese flavors. Another proof that "Italians do it better". I recommend trying the Amalfi roll, it's a pure pleasure.

The chef waited for me one hour longer because I had a flight delay and also gave me a tasty tiramisu as a gift - thanks a lot! The spring roll is also highly recommended! :) As tipp for the chef: Try out some own created sausages for the sushi rolls, this might be good add-on :)
