It's ok for a museum featuring paintings and sculptures from the 14th through the 17th century. But nothing remarkable, nothing you won't find in other museums of the type. Of note is the building itself, especially the original decorated and painted ceilings of the palace. Be sure to get a combined ticket for other museums in Vicenza, well worth it's price. The guards tend to be annoying in regard to following you around way to closely.

Absolutely beautiful space. We had an event as part of the Vicenza International Poetry Festival. The existence of music, art and poetry for the day was a cacophony of amazing cross disciplinary art. I loved It!

Small but nice exibition. The museum is pleasant from the inside and also very pretty from the outside. We actually just went because we bought the combo ticket with the Olympic theatre, but it was quite worth the visit. We took a bit over an hour to see the whole collection (not reading everything).

Be sure to read the history and connection to Pallido. I dream of having an attic like this one along with the collection in the basement. Great job protecting artifacts from the area!

Palazzo Chiericati is probably in the top 3 main attractions in Vicenza (alongside the Teatro Olimpico and the Basilica Palladiana), and for good reasons. The peculiar outer appearance with the deep logias makes for one of the most interesting urban artefacts in the city while, at the interior, the palazzo houses a marvelous collection of art in permanent and temporary exhibitions.

Incredible place. A Rennaisance Palace designed by Andrea Palladio. It houses the city museum. A World Heritage Site. Worth visiting for its collections, as well as for the building itself.
