A tal proposito pubblico la mia collezione di foto scattate nella zona via Istria (davanti al parco giochi), via Turra ( di fronte alle scuole). Dopo molto tempo aver pubblicato questa recensione la situazione non è cambiata per niente. Inoltre sono state rimosse le foto che ora prontamente ripubblico! Usufruisco dei loro servizi da molti anni e in più occasioni ho confrontato i costi delle forniture "ambiente" ed "energy" rimandendo sempre sorpreso del fatto che continui a convenire. Non solo: la reattività nel rispondere ai clienti/cittadini è esemplare, sia per segnalazioni di comportamenti incivili che si possono riscontrare negli spazi attigui dei cassonetti (ma come fa la gente ad abbandonare rifiuti di fianco ai cassonetti?), intervenendo in modo assolutamente tempstivo. Anche nei riguardi di possibili guasti il pronto intervento, anche nelle ore notturne è immediato. L'app per la gestione dei propri contratti e l'area clienti da dekstop sono molto chiare e con alti livelli di usabilità. Certo non sono perfetti, possono sempre migliorare alcuni aspetti come le stime di consumi calcolati in bolletta in caso di mancata autolettura, mettere un promemoria per i contratti con promozione in scadenza o inserire un tool nel sito che chairisca meglio quale piano possa essere più vantaggioso a seconda del proprio stile di consumi potrebbero migliorare un servizio che però ritengo di alta qualità. Mi sento di dire a chi attiva nuove utenze, specialmente per la prima volta in vita sua di considerare questo fornitore.
