★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuta di recente con mio papà e mio figlio chiedendo informazioni anche per una questione di mio marito (essendo sempre via per lavoro non poteva esserci lui) e mi è stato risposto cortesemente. Qualche settimana fa sono ritornata per un problema riguardante il mio contratto e davanti a noi in breve tempo ha cercato di risolvere il problema che mi turbava da tempo in quanto le persone coinvolte si passavano la palla a vicenda, facendo capire chiaramente chi fossero i responsabili.

A few weeks ago I returned for a problem concerning my contract and in front of us in a short time tried to solve the problem that had troubled me for some time because the people involved passed the ball to each other, making it clear who were responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ormai frequento il negozio di Enzo da tre anni e ho sempre trovato professionalità e competenza, l'anno scorso mi ha confezionato un PC che va a 100 e lui stesso mi dà la garanzia di 2 anni. Ormai tra noi 2 si è installata una specie di amicizia e fiducia perché so che se ho un problema di computer o telefonia da lui trovo capacità del lavoro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai decido di condividere la recensione dopo 2-3 anni che ci sono stata, e vi dico che non è per niente positiva. Ho chiesto il cambio della batteria dell’iPhone 7
Mi ha detto che a casa ne aveva una originale e che nel giro di 3 ore il lavoro sarebbe finito. Lascio il telefono, torno dopo 3 ore, lo ritiro e al momento del pagamento mi dice che pagare col bancomat non era possibile perche non funzionava bene (mah) allorché prendo contanti e pago. Nessun scontrino, nessuna garanzia, niente.
La batteria dopo 5 mesi ha iniziato a scarseggiare e dubito fortemente che sia stata messa quella originale.
Sono andata a informarmi in giro da esperti (purtroppo tardi) e mi è stato detto che a quel prezzo la batteria originale non la troverò mai.
Delusione totale!

He told me that he had an original one at home and that in 3 hours the job would be done. I leave the phone, come back after 3 hours, pick it up and at the time of payment he tells me that paying with an ATM was not possible because it didn't work well (well) when I take cash and pay. No receipt, no guarantee, nothing.
The battery started running low after 5 months and I highly doubt that the original one was put on.
I went to inquire around from experts (unfortunately late) and was told that at that price I will never find the original battery.
Total disappointment!
