★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is truly a hidden gem located in an alley way in between two major piazze in Lucca. The lady who took the order took her time to go over the menu to accommodate my dietary restrictions and was very patient with all our requests. Then came the food! I had Testaroli alla Neni. It had only a few ingredients (testaroli, tomato, herbs and olive oil) but it tasted really good. I would definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food, great and welcoming atmosphere! The staff was friendly and good-humoured. We tried the "pozza" beef carpaccio with rocket, artichokes, mushrooms and parmesan cheese for starters and continued with meat tortelli pasta with pecorino, radicchio and walnuts and sliced grilled beef with sliced fat or rocked salad, which were also very tasty. We loved it!
