Ho ordinato un farmaco che nessuno riusciva a trovare e loro, dopo qualche ricerca, lo hanno trovato e mi hanno aiutato, facendomi risparmiare tempo e soldi. Tornerò sicuramente a servirmi da loro. Ve la cosiglio vivamente.
 Well-stocked pharmacy and very professional, prepared and kind doctors. I ordered a drug that no one could find and they, after some research, found it and helped me, saving me time and money. I will definitely be back to serve myself from them. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un farmaco Seacor 1000 20 capsule molli ad un prezzo di 18,39€ mentre sulla confezione era indicato 14,17€. Alla mia domanda perché questa differenza mi e stato risposto che sul loro database risultava questo prezzo. Per mia curiosità mi sono informato e non risultano da parte della casa produttrice del farmaco aumenti dello stesso.
A voi le conclusioni......
I bought a Seacor 1000 20 soft capsule drug at a price of € 18.39 while the package indicated € 14.17. When I asked why this difference, I was told that this price was listed on their database. For my curiosity, I inquired and there are no increases in the same from the manufacturer of the drug.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una crema per il viso Nuxe e l’ho pagata € 52.90: mi sono stupita del prezzo perché so qual è il prezzo medio di questa crema. Allora ho controllato in internet e la crema viene venduta a 26-27€. Vergognoso, non metterò più piede in questa farmacia (scelta non difficile, tra l’altro, perché ci sono altre 4 farmacie nel raggio di pochi metri)!
I bought a Nuxe face cream and paid € 52.90 for it: I was amazed at the price because I know what the average price of this cream is. So I checked the internet and the cream sells for € 26-27. Shamefully, I will never set foot in this pharmacy again (not a difficult choice, among other things, because there are 4 other pharmacies within a few meters)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich versteh ehrlich gesagt nicht, wie diese schlechte Bewertung zustandekommt. Jedes Mal wenn ich in der Apotheke war, war ich mehr als zufrieden - ging sehr schnell, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen, gute Beratung und vor allem gutes Englisch! Für mich klare 5 Sterne!
P.S. Ich habe einige Restaurants/Osterien/Trattorien in Lucca bewertet - einfach mal aufs Profil schauen.
Wenn euch die Rezension weitergeholfen hat dürft ihr sie sehr gern liken und/oder mir folgen.
I honestly don't understand how this bad rating comes about. Every time I went to the pharmacy, I was more than satisfied - it went very quickly, very friendly staff: inside, good advice and, above all, good English! Clear 5 stars for me!
