Il titolare umilia il cliente con la sua prosopopea decisamente fuori luogo. Peccato che la gentilezza, l'impegno e la professionalità delle dottoresse, siano state vanificate dalla scortesia del titolare, probabilmente inadatto ai rapporti con il pubblico. Mai più! La scelta fortunatamente non manca.

The owner humiliates the customer with his decidedly out of place prosopopoeia. Too bad that the kindness, commitment and professionalism of the doctors have been thwarted by the rudeness of the owner, probably unsuitable for relations with the public. Never again!
