J	Jonathan Ceragioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ entro con la mia compagna e mio figlio di pochi mesi nel passeggino e la cosa sconcertante è stata vedere la maleducazione di tutto il personale che neanche alzala testa, nessun cliente davanti a noi (farmacia vuota). Aspettiamo perchè pensavamo che avessero da fare qualcosa di “importante” ma dopo una decina di minuti iniziano a parlare tra di loro del più e del meno quindi ci giriamo e veniamo via... inutile specificare che mai più ci metteró piede, peccato, mi sarebbe tornata molto comoda come farmacia poichè la pediatra ha lo studio proprio sopra di loro... I enter with my partner and my few-month-old son in the stroller and the disconcerting thing was to see the rudeness of all the staff who didn't even raise their heads, no customers in front of us (empty pharmacy). We wait because we thought they had something "important" to do but after about ten minutes they start talking to each other about more and less then we turn and we go away ... useless to specify that I will never set foot again, too bad, I it would come back very convenient as a pharmacy as the pediatrician has the office right above them ...

Ampio parcheggio con possibilità di ordinare farmaci da casa visto che ho il mio medico curante proprio sopra la farmacia. G	Glenda Favilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace che per colpa di solo due dipendenti ci rimetta l'immagine di tutta la farmacia. Oggi aspettavo in fila insieme ad altre 8 prersone. Ho aspettato 15 minuti perché una delle farmaciste stava parlando dei propri affari con un cliente conoscente. Parlavano di tosaerba. Con mooolta molta calma raccontando anche aneddoti familiari ( no, non ho le orecchie da pipistrello, parlavano a voce alta). Si è poi aggiunta una seconda farmacista alla "saletta da thè". Visto che ci eravamo tutti stancati con tono calmo ho detto " scusate, potete servire anche gli altri in fila?" la seconda farmacista mooolto giovane e più giovane di me mi ha risposto con tono alto, stizzito e di superiorità " stiamo facendo ", al ché ho fatto presente che stavano parlando di tutt altro e non stavano lavorando visto che il cliente aveva già la sua merce in mano. Io lavoro al pubblico, non sono una cliente noiosa e mi rendo conto che alle 19 siamo tutti stanchi ma sentirmi rispondere in un modo così maleducato mi ha fatta sentire presa in giro perché le orecchie ce le ho e gli occhi pure ed era chiaro che stessero perdendo tempo e in più ho deciso che non ci metterò più piede. Since we were all tired in a calm tone I said "sorry, can you also serve the others in line?" the second pharmacist, very young and younger than me, replied in a high, angry and superior tone "we are doing", to which I pointed out that they were talking about something else and were not working since the customer already had his goods in hand. I work for the public, I am not a boring client and I realize that at 7 pm we are all tired but hearing me respond in such a rude way made me feel teased because I have ears and eyes as well and it was clear that they were wasting time and in addition I have decided that I will never set foot there again.
