★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza....informazioni poco chiare e trasparenti... alle mie lamentele hanno risposto che è tutta colpa di mia figlia e di mia moglie, alla richiesta di una cartina della città mi è stato risposto di andarla a comprare in libreria. Non mi è stato dato neanche una brochure dei monumenti da visitare...dirò a tutti i miei amici di e itare questa agenzia.
Very bad experience .... unclear and transparent information ... to my complaints they replied that it was all the fault of my daughter and my wife, when I asked for a map of the city I was told to go and buy it in the bookshop. I was not even given a brochure of the monuments to visit ... I will tell all my friends to go to this agency.
