Dispositivi medici a prezzi più alti delle altre farmacie;
Risposta: sono molto contento che i proprietari rispondano alla recensioni, per questo +1 stella. Per quanto riguarda i dispositivi medici, non intendevo quelli elettrici (scusate per il malinteso) ma quelli di basso costo, tipo siringhe etc. dove anche i centesimi contano sui grandi numeri.

Answer: I am very happy that the owners respond to the reviews, for this +1 star. As for medical devices, I didn't mean the electric ones (sorry for the misunderstanding) but the low-cost ones, like syringes etc. where even cents count on large numbers.

Es war sehr schwierig einen Platz zu finden, doch ohne Termin wurden wir in 20 Min. Bedient. Gerettet!!! Personal sehr freundlich und nett. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt. Vielen Dank, Familie Riccardi
In occasione di una visita a Lucca, necessitavamo di un tampone rapido, per il viaggio di ritorno la mattina seguente verso la Svizzera. Mia moglie, io ed il figlio.
Presso tutte le farmacie interpellate erano oberate di richieste e di appuntamenti; impossibile fare un tampone. Un mezzo incubo.
Presso la farmacia Massagli siamo stati gentilmente accolti, e senza appuntamento o prenotazione, nel giro di 20 Minuti ci hanno servito.
Ci ha colpito la disponibilità, cortesia, e competenza del personale.
E' bello vedere che c'è ancora gente cosi' nel mio Paese d'origine.

On the occasion of a visit to Lucca, we needed a quick swab, for the return trip the following morning to Switzerland. My wife, me and the son.
At all the pharmacies consulted they were overloaded with requests and appointments; impossible to make a tampon. A half nightmare.
At the Massagli pharmacy we were kindly welcomed, and without an appointment or reservation, we were served within 20 minutes.
We were struck by the availability, courtesy and competence of the staff.
It's nice to see that there are still people like that in my home country.
