★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo sulla gentilezza e disponibilità del personale ma sono costretta a dare 2 stelle perché ci sono andata 2 volte per motivi diversi e tutte e 2 le volte mi è stato dato un prodotto diverso da quanto scritto in ricetta medica. Sarà mia cura controllare bene le ricette prima di passarle al banco e verificare la rispondenza ma non mi era mai capitato di essere costretti a fare queste verifiche. A oggi: un prodotto inutilizzabile e una cura con un antibiotico sbagliato. Spero che questa mia nota serva al personale, già gentilissimo, per curare anche questo aspetto. Il resto è ok. Grazie!
I agree with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff but I am forced to give 2 stars because I went there 2 times for different reasons and all 2 times I was given a different product than what was written in the medical prescription. It will be my care to check the recipes well before passing them over to the counter and to verify the correspondence but I had never happened to be forced to do these checks. To date: an unusable product and a cure with the wrong antibiotic. I hope this note of mine will be useful to the already very kind staff to take care of this aspect too. The rest is OK. Thank you!
