Era venerdì sera e ho trovato subito posto per il lunedì prenotando on line. La dottoressa che mi ha visitato è stata molto scrupolosa. Il centro medico è facile da raggiungere e offre la possibilità di un ampio parcheggio, molto comodo. I found myself in the position of having to book an ultrasound quite urgently. Considerando che vengo dalla svizzera e non dalla regione...non pretendo che mi si risponda subito ma nemmeno dopo 5 giorni che ho gia' programmato il viaggio...dopo un giro di telefonate assurde che mi si dica no' venga la sett prossima Comunque ringrazio la dott. Per la sua mancata serieta' nel frattempo...ho travato un altro studio molto piu' serio. I find it ridiculous to have to talk to Dr. Martini from 7:45 am to 8:15 am .. (at least he would answer) phone calls or messages. Considering that I come from Switzerland and not from the region ... I do not expect to be answered immediately but not even after 5 days that I have already planned the trip ... after a round of absurd phone calls that they say no to me, come next week Anyway I thank Dr. For his failure seriousness in the meantime ... I found another much more serious study.

Arrivati i messaggi di promemoria dell'appuntamento con data e ora mi reco al centro e.. il mio appuntamento non era stato segnato .. Peccato i servizi sarebbero buoni. In seguito mi hanno chiamato per chiedermi scusa di persona e questo è molto importante per un cliente. I booked an x-ray well in advance at the center just to meet the needs of my working hours, trying not to ask for permits. Once the appointment reminder messages with date and time arrived, I go to the center and .. my appointment had not been marked .. Too bad the services would be good. Later they called me to apologize in person and this is very important for a customer.

La bellezza di 60 euro per 5 min di ecografia (polso destro) per sentirmi dire come mai e venuta qui?? Si sposti in là e si sposti un qua con una maniera che non avevo mai riscontrato prima. Inutile dire che non tornerò mai più. Long waiting times. lack of courtesy and kindness to the max. The beauty of 60 euros for 5 min of ultrasound (right wrist) to be told why she came here ?? Move over there and move here in a way I've never encountered before. Needless to say, I will never go back.
