★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic meal. Honestly the best pasta dish I have eaten, and delicious desserts too. Chef clearly knows what he or she is doing.
Served with real style, the owners are great hosts who made us feel like guests rather than customers. Prices really very reasonable for the quality of food on offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food! Amazing service! We had the strawberry ravioli and though it sounds strange, it was truly divine! And for dessert we had the orange tiramisu. Never thought the combination could be so good but it was one of the best things I've ever eaten! Customer service was great and staff was very friendly. Will happily come back the next time I'm in Lucca!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience. Luis is a great host. Food was Tuscan with a modem twist. Very fresh and good. Nice outside seating on a quiet square. Interior is very eclectic. We had a great evening and will be back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A group of three of us ate here for Sunday lunch. We loved the pasta made with chestnut flour, and the steak, the selection of goat's cheese and the choice of wine were excellent too. I had quail cooked in a pastry case - really good. Service was very welcoming. We all live in Lucca and will certainly be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our party of four had a most enjoyable dinner, if not our best overall experience in Lucca. Luis is a wonderful and entertaining host. He explained each menu item, and everything was cooked perfectly. Flavors were delicious, consisting of classic Italian dishes with influences of French sauces from a previous life in Paris. A special and memorable evening. HIghly recommend, but be sure to reserve ahead.
