★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered for a delivery. The food was excellent, I especially suggest the tordelli alla cacciatora.
The owner brought us the dinner, he was super nice, a great guy, he even gave us a wine bottle free.
Totally recommended.
Ps if you want a delivery it’s better to call them dire as it appears they are experiencing some issue with just eat radius and mileage.

the staff is really cordial and ready to help you out in all ways!
Absolutely to try the Lardo with truffle...it melts in the mouth and the flavours are gnammy! As main I had wildboar stew with olives and a good glass of Sangiovese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited for more than 45 minutes and didn’t get the table we reserved. The owner is horrible (as you can see his answer). The owner is a complete lier, he thought that a drink would make us ok for waiting until the table that was before would finish their meal (after they claimed they were late by an hour!). After 45 minutes we decided to leave. Long story short, don’t go there, there are much better restaurants in Lucca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent restaurant with abundant menu choices which makes it hard not to order everything. Most of the menu items look and sound very tasty and the Tartufo they have is one of the best I have ever tried.
The whole service team is very professional, kind and super friendly. Maria helped us a lot to choose the best dish according to our likings and she was at all times very attentive, checking if everything was alright and if we needed anything else, something that seems to be lost in most other restaurants in Italy. We came via the Fork and it was the most welcoming place we've been through via the Fork (47 restaurants).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a Sunday afternoon we stumbled upon this osteria. The fact that there was outside seating, and that it was full of local families (presumably fresh from church) drew us in. They advertise typical Tuscan-style dishes, and they did not disappoint. Since there were four of us, we were able to try a variety of plates - an appetizer, soup, salad, pizza, and main dish. All were enjoyable, and reasonably priced.

We had dunner and lunch there and quality of service and food is the best in Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food and service were great. I had the wild boar with black truffles and the dish was amazing. The only unpleasant thing is the menu - it has a gazillion different dishes to offer and it can be very overwhelming.
