Cortesia e disponibilità del personale preposto non sono mai mancate. Così come, la prontezza risolutiva nelle problematiche da me esposte durante il periodo del noleggio. Va detto che le assicurazioni che sceglie l'azienda per assicurare le proprie auto, chi la guida e qualsiasi inconveniente si possa incontrare, sono troppo care. Ho speso quasi il doppio di quanto avrei speso con altre compagnie. Non credo sceglierò più di pagare così tanto per assicurarmi. A parità di costo per il noleggio conviene altri vettori. A	Adriano nicotra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato un auto per 11 giorni sono arrivato in agenzia e mi hanno detto che non avevano macchine disponibili e che inoltre avevano auto solo di categoria superiore lusso e che avrei dovuto pagare in piu una somma molto superiore a quella che avevo gia pagato per il noòleggio. Personale incompetente ed inqualificabile in quanto neanche hanno voluto chiamare ilservizio clienti per rispolvere la questione. Ho dovuto chiamare io e risolvere il problema da solo inoltre sono dovuto andare a piedi da via po alla stazione termini per prendere la macchina sostitutiva.
