He was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had - insurance coverage etc. Also, while I was reviewing some things, he ran outside and gave my wife an espresso ! Not your typical car rental experience. I would highly recommend renting from Sixt at the Marriott! Thanks Stefano!

Fortunately I was welcomed by Cinzia who was very helpful. I showed her the price I found online to make sure she would give me the same price, but she didn't. She gave me even a better price.I was extremely happy ? ? She gave me advices on some tourism places and the procedures was fast and smoth. In my opinion such an employee is an asset to Sixt and increases customers' loyalty because Cinzia will surely make me come back again. Thank you Cinzia Bruni Today I dropped the car. Merel was very helpful and professional. I went back to the office and the process was very fast and smooth. Many thanks to Julia and Merel. They said my deposit will be paid back to my credit card within few days. I am happy with Sixt ?i

Also, when I dropped the car off, the gentleman came to find me in the street as I had left my sun glasses. Very nice indeed, thank you sir. Just make sure you fill the car up, they'll charge you loads if they have to do it. Like 75 euros to fill it up!
