★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't speak Italian, good luck with these guys. No one here speaks any language besides Italian. If you are renting cars to tourists, at least one person needs to speak English. Unacceptable in the year 2020.
Also, this location says they offer a shuttle from the Salerno train station. When you call them to get picked up, you can't get the shuttle, because no one understands English.
Totally frustrating experience. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car was in good condition, the staff nice but I struggled to get my ensurence money back for 2 weeks (service the should have taken only 72 hours). So if you are in a hurry or you do not want to fight for having your money back I would strongly reccomend you picking a different service. I would not take it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont be lured in by the cheaper prices. I booked on doyouritaly.com. Firstly, the email had the wrong location of pickup. Do not use their old address which is on the email. Use the one next to salerno train station. They also do not speak English so if you're a tourist go to a more well known brand, there are plenty around the same area. When we eventually arrived in the correct location (the one now on google) after wasting 2 hrs getting unreliable buses to the wrong office we were met by a rude man who shrugged his shoulders and laughed. They also do not accept anything other than a credit card. So this means any European recognised debit cards (not even just prepaid cards) will not work. Absolute joke, couldnt be more disgusted with the service and the people who work there.
