★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just walked in with no booking .. was very expensive compared to pre-booked rates on website... but was about same price as nearby Avis and Europcar, and was with full insurance. So apart from expensive, the car was adequate, and staff were excellent and friendly. Unlike Avis and Europcar, they did allow us to return the car out of hours, dropping the keys at a neighbouring bar/cafe... no issues after return, recommended (but pre-book if possible)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing experience. We have left our rent a car early in the morning of 4 September 2017 out of the office hours. As discussed, with the representative of Sicily by car, we have left the keys in the nearby hotel. To insure that the car will not get a fine in that time, we have also paid 2 hours of parking that would have been enough for the company to take the car. Two days later, we received a call from the representative of the company asking where is the car. As we explained, he said that everything was ok and found the car (parked in front of their office :-). In the meantime we have received by post two fines by the Salerno parking authority for the period after we left the car - 4 and 6 September... and no one from Sicily by car ever answered us to our messages... This said we request that Sicily by car takes its responsability and pays the two parking fines that are not justified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their site was buggy and they ended up sending me a confirmation with incorrect dates. I called and emailed immediately, but they refused to change the dates or provide a refund. In person reception was polite, business behind the scenes were bad. I'll delete this post if situation gets rectified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service attention on the entire amalfi coast, not even a good day, excessive price (€60 vs €19.90 of Salerno Rentals at 6 blocks for it). A lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Six months after renting a vehicle from them we have started receiving daily charges of US$70 to the card we used in the initial transaction... 4 charges just went through with more pending charges arriving daily... How can this be? My bank is investigating... It was a great experience initially but this has turned into a nightmare as someone from the company is now systematically charging our card.
