β β β β β Charged me an extra day without saying anything when I returned the car. The car was returned on time as well. Told me everything was ok and then I get a receipt for the extra day emailed to me! 1 star.

β β β β β Sorry, I'm in Holidays in Italien. Rent the Car Airport Rom and Drive Timo Salerno. In Salerno I have a def Wheel. 2hours calling with Interrent, than they say; Go to Europcar in Salerno. Nur Europcar in Salerno can't help us today.
See You tomorrow - a day without the car again

β β β β β After having to wait an hour because the car was not ready (we suspect they gave our car to someone else) we finally received a beat up Renault. Many scratches and dents. After driving with it for an hour the light for tire pressure came on. We rode back to the location to ask for help. They told us there was no issue and proceeded to turn the light of through the computer. After 1,5 day the light came on again and when we looked at the tires one was significantly flatter than the rest. In the end we drove to a nearby garage to pump that tire and handed in the car early. They even gave the car to a new customer straight away so that customer probably has a flat tire by now... The employees hardly spoke English and were very nonchalant about the tire light. This is cause for dangerous situations on the road, unacceptable.

β β β β β Great experience dealing with Antonio. We got the car we asked for and he helped us out when we had accidentally left behind some of our property in the car. Highly recommended. We will definitely use Europcar Salerno again.

β β β β β The word rental company Iβve ever had a displeasure to use. We had to sign the contract before seeing the car, then the guy who was giving it to us pretty much pushed us out when we wanted to look around the vehicle and do the pictures, said everythingβs in the contract (turns out it wasnβt - what a surprise). The tank was half full, the interior was so filthy we had to go straight to the shop to get cleaning wipes, they didnβt even bother to throw away the trash left by the previous customer. Covid precautions they assure to have on the site are simply a joke. Donβt rent there, not worth your nerves.

β β β β β Elisabeth (or Elisabeta) offered an absolutely terrible customer service once she saw i booked with a discount code from the company that I work for. She first asked me to show her the paper with the discount code, I had it on a PDF, she asked for a paper. Eventually she was ok with me sending it to her via email.
Then she asked me to prove that i actually work for the company that had the discount code. NOWHERE WAS THAT MENTIONED. IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL IT WAS MENTIONED I ONLY HAD TO BRING A DRIVING LICENSE AND A CREDIT CARD. she asked for example for a business card as a proof of work and proceeded to show me hers. She probably doesnt know how easy is to print a business card. Being on holiday and having no other proof of my work, I sent her an email from my work email via my phone and she was fine with it.
The fuel tank was not full, had 1/8 less fuel. when I dropped of the card, the fuel tank was full and they did not reimburse me or anything.
