★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter con tanto di conferma, la sera prima quando abbiamo chiamato per comunicare l’ora di ritiro per il giorno successivo, ci han detto che lo scooter non c’era più senza darci un’alternativa visto che il disagio è stato il loro! Oltretutto anche maleducati!
 We rented a scooter with a lot of confirmation, the night before when we called to communicate the pick-up time for the next day, they told us that the scooter was gone without giving us an alternative since the inconvenience was the their! Besides, also rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vacanza in Costiera...rovinata! Abbiamo prenotato da almeno 2 settimane un motorino..il giorno prima ci viene comunicato che non è più disponibile perché non avevamo confermato (peccato che avevamo il loro mess vocale di conferma)
Ovviamente la persona con cui avevamo parlato non si riesce a contattare fino sera dove ci comunica che il motorino è stato incidentato e non più disponibile.
Com'è possibile che prima ci dicono che l'hanno dato via perché non abbiamo confermato e poi dopo aver fatto presente del mess vocale ci dicono che è stato incidentato??
Grazie mille per l'enorme disagio che ci avete creato, serietà, educazione e trasparenza...zero!
Bel modo di trattare dei turisti
Holiday on the Amalfi Coast ... ruined! We have booked a scooter for at least 2 weeks ... the day before we are informed that it is no longer available because we had not confirmed (pity we had their confirmation voice message)
Obviously, the person with whom we spoke cannot be contacted until evening where he tells us that the scooter has been damaged and is no longer available.
How is it possible that first they tell us that they gave it away because we have not confirmed and then after having pointed out the voice message they tell us that it was damaged?
Thank you very much for the enormous inconvenience you have created for us, seriousness, education and transparency ... zero!
