★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a flat tire and went in to ask for advice or a replacement car. The latter one was not available which would have been ok for us, but we were also told that they can't do anything for us, neither replace the tire nor call the station in Naples to ask for a replacement car there. Not helpful at all unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 minutes late reopening after lengthy lunch break. The included insurance was worthless, meaning we were basically forced to pay extra for a minimal coverage. Not up to expectations for Hertz nor for Italo trains through whom the "special" reservation was made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a confirmed reservation, showed up, and there was no car available. The office staff was completely useless in the situation, without even any sign of remorse that they didn't have a car. They didn't offer any help, and it was extremely disruptive to my vacation trip (last minute complex train arrangements for transportation as well as cancelling multiple day trips).
This place should be shut down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made the reservation online and when I went to pick up the vehicle it was a brand new VW Polo,with automatic transmission. which is what I requested. The office is conveniently located across from the train station and bus stop which made it easy for pickup and return. The manager, Matteo De Donato spoke English very well which was a plus, since my Italian is limited and he reviewed the charges with me in detail. No surprises here or unexpected charges. It was a pleasure to do business with them and I will certainly do so again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confirmed booking online. There was no one in the office when we turned up at 12:40!! We absolutely raced to be there before 1pm and they were so lazy to not be there. They then turned up 20 mins later.. no apology whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not have a key drop box. The guy that works there is great. He ended his lunch early.and helped us out.even though it was off hours. Hertz told.us we could drop off here off hours but we could not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. The price was great, but be very careful with your belongings. Employees here will steal your stuff. Had a pair of sunglasses stollen by the employee (wish I got his name) working there the morning I dropped my car off on 5/27/19

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RENT CARS FROM HERE!!!! Absolutely horrible service!!!
On top of stealing our belongings and claiming that they never found it (called in 5 mins after returning the car), they have also reported us to the police. The rental place is located right across the street from the train station and when we came to drop off the car there were no empty parking spots, so we pulled over on the side of the street close to the rental place. We have notified the Hertz employees right away and they took the car keys and moved the car afterwards (within less than 5 minutes). Now after two months we receive a traffic violation from the police thru the rental place.
Do yourself a favor and rent a car somewhere else, or better yet take public transportation.
