★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my car rental I got fine from Italian government, they sent the info to the Noleggiare in October but they only communicated the fine to me on December 2, which makes the fine double the amount. I contacted their office in Naples (where I had originally rented the car) and the lady on the phone was EXTREMELY unprofessional, she screamed at me and said that they cannot do anything although that take 61 EUR for administrative management of the fines. She referred to me to the central office that never picks up the phone and all my further requests for them to help me get in touch with the central office through the help of Naples office have been handled through screams and so far, I am not getting any help. Furthermore, they have the italian authorities a wrong address, so possible the info for the fine will never arrive to me. Needless to say I am extremely displeased. Whenever I asked her for her name, she hung up the phone, but should I be her employer, I truly believe she has to be dismissed from work for her 0 knowledge and mastery for customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning on booking a car from then please don't do it, and if you have a current booking, please read carefully all the small letter from the terms and conditions as they will try to trick you or charge you in any way possible.
We had booked a car but when we tried to pick it up they did not allow us as the card we had was not accepted from the company.
The staff told as to conctact with the company to refund our money. Next morning we had a contact with the company and they told as that they cannot refund our money because cancellations aren't accepted. But we never make any cancellation we tryed to get the car but they didnt accept our card. Excact all these we had paid the VIP insurance what it means that we havent security deposit for our rental . We tried to solve the issue by adding a secondary driver with the credit card or changing the main driver but they did not allow us to make any changes to the reservation.
Lows prices are only a tric to stole money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst rent a car experience ever! Rude and helpless people. I don't usually write this but I felt like I needed to as we almost lost the flight because of the guy who was picking up the car wanted to charge us one day extra for being 15 minutes back, he finally let us go but then he sent us an email that we did need to pay an extra day. And the girl in the reception duplicated the price because we didn't have the debit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit tricky as our Italian is rubbish and their Italian isn't the greatest. We got a lovely little car and unlimited mileage. They picked up the phone when we had trouble with the car and talked us through how to fix it all. Easy pick up and return

They are not flexible and not helpful with customer support. When we arrived, they changed the price on us when we came there.
In addition, the place is not next to the airport you will have to walk for a while or a taxi that will cost 15 euro for 5min.

If you still choose them as they offer best deal, make sure to take pictures of the car from all angles at time of rental as they have damages very poorly documented in their own system. They are now charging me for a scratch that was shown to me in the beginning but has never been in their system in first place so as a result they blame me. Not an experience I would recommend!

I am a frequent traveler and I am always struggling to find a good car rental place in Napoli. after many negative experiences with other car rental companies, I can finally say that I found the BEST ONE and I will use Noleggiare every time I will come back to Napoli. Ada Is an amazing girl, professional, calm, polite! she made my rental process smooth and easy, the car was ready on time, very clean. Paperwork done in no time!! I called them when I landed and the shuttle bus came to pick me up in 5 minutes!! The return process was the easiest thing ever. I gave myself extra time to drop off the car because I was afraid that it would have take long time to go trough inspection etc... but let me tell you, as soon as I approached the garage, Ada and Antonio were there greeting me, she inspected the car and closed the paperwork in no time, Antonio loaded my 4 suitcases in the van and dropped off me and my son to the airport within 10 minutes!! I highly recommend them.
