Sono passata alla Wind Tre i primi di giugno, la suddetta persona non mi ha informata su un "dettaglio" importantissimo, per cui mi hanno bloccato il servizio, sono andata a chiedere assistenza alla stessa ragazza e mi ha detto che dovevo rivolgermi al 159, sapendo che il mio cellulare era completamente bloccato. Mi ha lasciata completamente nei casini, ZERO UMANITA'. Mi rivolgerò al reparto commerciale per segnalare questo centro e soprattutto questa persona.
Bad service, blonde girl is really a BAD PERSON, here is my personal experience. I went to Wind Tre in early June, the aforementioned person did not inform me about a very important "detail", so they blocked my service, I went to ask the same girl for assistance and she told me that I had to contact 159, knowing that my cell phone was completely blocked. It left me completely in trouble, ZERO HUMANITY. I will contact the sales department to report this center and especially this person.
