I turned to this jewelry to replace the clasp with a white gold necklace. After about 3/4 weeks I picked it up, but alas after less than 6 months it is broken again. Bad service, I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consegnato da tre mesi un orologio da riparare in garanzia e ancora sto attendendo senza nessuna notizia! Inoltre, dalla ricevuta di assistenza leggo che se trascorrono due mesi dalla data di consegna non rispondono per eventuali smarrimenti!!!
A watch has been delivered for three months to be repaired under warranty and I am still waiting with no news! Furthermore, from the assistance receipt I read that if two months pass from the delivery date, they are not responsible for any loss !!!

Effettuano anche servizi aggiuntivi come riparazioni o cambiano cinturini e batterie agli orologi. Alcuni piccoli servizi sono gratuiti, come l'aggiunta o la rimozione di maglie dagli orologi.
Decisamente consigliato
The shop is well stocked and the promotions they run are great. The girls who work there are very nice and helpful. They also perform additional services such as repairs or change straps and batteries to watches. Some small services are free, such as adding or removing links from watches.
