★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato con mia moglie che avrebbe voluto acquistare alcuni gioeilli per la serata di capodanno ma vista l'indiferrenza del personale che, salvo aprirle alcune vetrinette, non le ha dato nessuna assistenza o consigli sui modelli da scegliere, ha preferito non acquistare nulla e rivolgersi ad altri. Nel punto vendita eravano solo noi ma le commesse anziché dare attenzione alla cliente parlavano tra di loro. Peccato perché ritengo abbiamo prodotti molto validi.
I was with my wife who would have liked to buy some jewels for New Year's Eve but given the indiferrence of the staff who, apart from opening some cabinets, did not give her any assistance or advice on the models to choose, she preferred not to buy anything and contact to others. In the store it was just us but the orders instead of paying attention to the customer talked to each other. Too bad because I think we have very good products.

La responsabile maleducata sgarbata e non capace in quanto molto incompetente, poco professionale e arrogante.
Non penso mi recherò mai più in questo punto vendita.
An embarrassing experience to say the least at the store in the Fiordaliso shopping center.
The manager rude rude and not capable as very incompetent, unprofessional and arrogant.
I don't think I'll ever go to this store again.
