★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato con la mia compagna a comprare delle canottiere e non solo le commesse non controllavano sull'utilizzo delle mascherine e sugli eventuali assembramenti, ma anzi erano le prime a non adottare qualsivoglia minimo comportamento sicuro. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto rinunciare. Capisco che fa caldo e tutto, ma è un comportamento allucinante in questo periodo, anche perché ci possono essere persone con un sistema immunitario fragile a cui del caldo e del "tanto è un'influenza" può fregare ben poco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno detto in cassa che potevo cambiare il costume dopo 60 giorni invece erano 30 sullo scontrino non c'è il tempo per il reso,il servizio clienti non è intervenuto costume nuovo inutilizzabile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza con una addetta cassa ieri sera, avvicinatami alla cassa guardava malissimo ogni cliente me compresa rivolgendosi in malo modo anche alla collega.
Non sono riuscita neanche a mettere i capi sul banchetto che me li ha letteralmente strappati dalle mani con fare molto agitato e scorbutico, bisogna essere un po' più empatici e gentile se si lavora con il pubblico ma anzi in generale nella vita

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza sabato scorso alle ore 18 circa, ho chiesto alla commessa in cassa se fosse disponibile una taglia di uno slip, risposta: se non è fuori è terminato. Mi avvicino ad un’altra commessa chiedendo se ci fosse una responsabile e mi riferisce che entrambe non erano presenti, le richiedo gentilmente se poteva aiutarmi e lei si reca in magazzino e mi procura lo slip che la commessa in cassa mi aveva detto non ci fosse! Pessimo servizio, ergo il negozio era tranquillo e se la commessa della cassa non poteva spostarsi e lo potrei capire non ha nemmeno chiesto aiuto ad un’altra collega, perché lavorare così mi domando? Voto 1!!! *Sono tornata ieri dopo due confermo Che negozio molto bello e curato ma la qualità del servizio è pessima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per essere un Tezenis non aveva tantissima varietà di prodotti oltre alla linea basic continuativa e soprattutto delle taglie piccole che arrivavano alla L ma una vestibilità stretta molto strano perché di solito da Tezenis vesto comoda. A fare la differenza in ogni posto è il personale, la maggior parte delle commesse è stata carina sorridente e si è mostrata disponibile, una ragazza mora in particolare ha snobbato le mie richieste ma per fortuna la ragazza Alessia è venuta ad aiutarmi e mi ha dato ottimi consigli, entrando subito in confidenza e rivolgendosi come farebbe un'amica che ti vuole aiutare, il che mi ha messo molto a mio agio negli acquisti. In cassa anche Silvia è stata molto carina. Grazie mille, se torno mi affido di nuovo a voi.
