★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono recata nel negozio di Rozzano oggi alle ore 13.30 con l'intenzione di acquistare, erano presenti due commesse, 1 alla cassa con circa 4 persone che l'attendevano, non sapeva più come fare per poter accontentare tutti.... la seconda con cellulare in mano alla mia domanda "scusi posso chiedere a lei" non mi ha nemmeno guardata in faccia e ha continuato a fare i suoi comodi ... dopo 10 minuti di attesa secondo tentativo, sempre con lei, le richiedo nuovamente "posso chiedere a lei?" sempre senza guardare in faccia risponde " cara sta arrivando la mia collega" la quale era sempre indaffarata con diversi clienti, .... sono uscita dal negozio all'istante, tanta maleducazione e mancanza di rispetto verso il proprio posto di lavoro, i propri colleghi e probabile cliente, non mi era mai capitata, pericoloso tenere dipendenti con questo atteggiamento, l'immagine dell'azienda ne perde totalmente.
 I went to the shop in Rozzano today at 1.30pm with the intention of buying, there were two orders, 1 at the checkout with about 4 people waiting for her, she didn't know how to do in order to please everyone .... the second with cell phone in hand to my question "sorry I can ask you" did not even look at me in the face and continued to make her comfortable ... after 10 minutes of waiting second attempt, always with her, I ask her again "I can ask to her?" always without looking in the face answers "my dear colleague is coming" who was always busy with several customers, .... I left the shop instantly, so much rudeness and lack of respect for her job, her own colleagues and prospective client, it had never happened, dangerous to keep employees with this attitude, the image of the company will completely lose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le scarpe sono belle da vedere, però su almeno 7 paia comprate(in più stagioni) purtroppo sono molto scomode. Invece mi sono trovate bene con le borse, buon rapporto qualità prezzo e fanno la loro figura.
The shoes are beautiful to look at, but on at least 7 pairs bought (in several seasons) unfortunately they are very uncomfortable. Instead I found myself well with the bags, good value for money and they make a good impression.

I found the boots I had bought myself before the sales at a third of what I paid for them. Very happy I took them in another color! Nice and helpful girls.
