★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È da fine maggio/inizio giugno che mi fanno penare per una fedina d'argento. Prima mi dicono che me la ordinano, 10 giorni dopo vengo a scoprire DA SOLA (non hanno nemmeno avuto il garbo di chiamare loro) che la mia taglia NON ESISTE di quel dato modello e che quindi me la devono mandare dall'orafo a far stringere. Consegna prevista per il 24 giugno, il 21 mi chiamano perché l'orafo è stato derubato (poverino lui non ha colpe) e che devo tornare da loro per fare un nuovo documento di trasporto per una fedina nuova. Chiamo rispettivamente il 2 e il 7 luglio per avere notizie, mi dicono che avrebbero controllato e che mi avrebbero contattato subito con qualche notizia, NON MI HANNO MAI RICHIAMATA! Al 22 luglio richiamo per la millesima volta e "Non funziona il computer, la richiamo appena ho qualche notizia", nel primo pomeriggio la commessa mi fa sapere che la fedina è presso di loro e che posso andare a prenderla (questa commessa è stata l'unica ad avermi effettivamente richiamata!).
Consiglio di tenervi alla larga se non volete aspettare 2 MESI per una fedina e se volete avere a che fare con personale competente e attento verso il cliente.
It is from the end of May / beginning of June that they make me suffer for a silver record. First they tell me that they order it, 10 days later I come to discover ALONE (they did not even have the grace to call them) that my size DOES NOT EXIST of that model and that therefore they must send it to me to the goldsmith to be tightened. . Delivery scheduled for June 24, 21 they call me because the goldsmith has been robbed (poor thing he's not to blame) and that I have to go back to them to make a new transport document for a new record. I call on July 2nd and 7th respectively to get news, they tell me that they would have checked and that they would have contacted me immediately with some news, THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK! On 22 July I call for the thousandth time and "The computer doesn't work, I'll call you back as soon as I have some news", in the early afternoon the clerk lets me know that the record is with them and that I can go and get it (this clerk was there 'only one who actually called me back!).
I advise you to stay away if you don't want to wait 2 MONTHS for a record and if you want to deal with competent and attentive staff towards the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio di foratura delle orecchie terribile! Credo, da ciò che si dicevano tra loro le commesse, fosse la prima volta che una di loro lo facesse. Tolti dopo 48h causa infezione.
Terrible ear piercing service! I think, from what the orders said to each other, it was the first time that one of them had done it. Removed after 48h it causes infection.
