Me l'avevano valutato 100 euro in meno rispetto ad un'altra gioielleria poco più avanti. L'oro non si valuta " più o meno" perché viene stabilito dalla borsa di Londra ogni giorno. Voi avete diritto di trattenere solo una piccola somma per la commissione, non 13 euro in meno a grammo! A casa apro il pacchetto x metterci la busta con dei soldi e mi ritrovo la scatola dell’orologio rotta e schiacciata oltre che dentro piena di polvere… chiamo il negozio e mi dicono di tornare la mattina dopo x il cambio … In breve scatola cambiata ma quasi scocciati … e se non avessi aperto il pacchetto x mettere la busta che figura avrei fatto ? Di aver regalato un orologio usato!! Complimenti , certamente non mi rivolgerò più a questa catena ! Perché che io abbia speso 50 euro oppure 1000 il sevizio non deve cambiare! E ripeto l’orologio era solo x nascondere la busta. ! Grazie
D	Dior on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica ho acquistato un orologio molto bello, ma sono stato informato male sul funzionamento di un piccolo dettaglio..capisco la fluenza clientela del weekend, ma la commessa non sembrava nè concentrata è ne tanto meno interessata nell assistermi, ma continuava ad uscire ed entrare dal negozio con un suo amico ridendo con il cane che girovagava per il negozio (ad urinare) che disagio. In tutto ciò il suo collega con gli occhiali notò che ero abbastanza scocciato.ma rimaneva immortalato nelle vetrine. Stamattina intorno le 10:15 ero di passaggio in zona essendo che non vivo qui vicino, mi sono recato per risolvere il problema è la commessa è stata molto gentile ed professionale!!! Personale svogliato e impreparato, ho dovuto chiamare io la commessa, perché tutte 6 erano impegnate a farsi i selfie (ovviamente senza mascherine), ritorniamo dopo 3 giorni per sostituire il regalo, si ripete la storia, devo andare a chiamare la commessa, che nonostante non ci fossero altri clienti, non si interessa minimamente a noi. Alla nostra problematica, ci viene detto che deve decidere la responsabile, ma che è in ferie per cui dovremmo tornare un altro giorno. Consiglio piuttosto di fare la coda dalla concorrenza, tanto i prodotti sono più o meno gli stessi, ma per avere un servizio migliore ci vuole pochissimo.
