★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entro e non vedendo nessuno chiamo e aspetto. Esce dallo stanzino un ragazzo e senza buongiorno e buonasera dice "non lo facciamo, chiedi da altre parti". Non ci si comporta così e se fosse stato qualcun altro al posto mio lo avrebbe come minimo insultato. Mai più!!
 I enter and not seeing anyone, I call and wait. A boy comes out of the closet and without good morning and good evening he says "we don't do it, ask elsewhere". We don't behave like that and if it had been someone else in my place he would have at least insulted him. Never again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in negozio perché dovevo cambiare il cinturino del mio orologio, l'addetta non solo mi ha aiutato a scegliere e provvedere alla sostituzione, ma si è premurata di controllare lo stato della batteria (e cambiarla, visto che era al limite) e lucidare il vetro. Il tutto solo al costo del cinturino. Complimenti per la gentilezza e professionalità.
I went to the store because I had to change the strap of my watch, the assistant not only helped me to choose and replace, but took care to check the condition of the battery (and change it, since it was at the limit) and polish the glass. Il negozio di vendita è inserito nel centro commerciale Fiordaliso. Punto strategico proprio di fronte alle casse. Ben tenuto e con prodotti ben in vista. Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile. Se ci sono problemi o incertezze ti aiutano volentieri. Giudizio più che positivo.
Aggiungo che il cambio della pila su orologi Swatch è gratuita, non lo sapevo ma ho apprezzato. Confermo il mio giudizio positivo.

Bravo! Con la sua gentilezza e cortesia mi ha convinto a diventare un loro nuovo cliente.
I had lost the battery cover of one of my very old swatch watches and the shop assistant promptly solved the problem by even resetting a stopwatch counter completely free of charge. Good boy! With his kindness and courtesy he convinced me to become their new customer.
