Prendono ragazzotti alle prime, e non si acorgono che perdono clienti a raffica. Per avere a che fare con la gente, ci vuole ben altro soprattutto se si cercano prodotti di qualità e loro non li hanno e meglio ancora nel mio caso non sanno neanche essere precisi nel posizionarli.
Ragazzotti di basso livello professionale, ad uno di loro che per tre volte mi ha dato dei voi pur essendo una donna e pur avendo gliel'ho fatto notare in modo ironico e Cortese ha continuato a parlare dandomi del voi . In data 29 settembre ho comprato da loro un vetro per la protezione del mio telefono nuovo le ti offrono una garanzia ridicola di soli 7 giorni e diciamo al settimo giorno si è creata una bolla non logicamente causata da me ma dalla poca professionalità con cui è stato posizionato il vetro pertanto dopo 7 giorni se hai problemi con il vetro che loro ti hanno venduto perché ha creato delle bolle o si è scheggiato e ribadisco non a causa mia cliente ma a causa loro e della scarsa qualità dei loro prodotti restano problemi tuoi. QUINDI PESSIMI!!!
perché loro oltre il settimo giorno ripeto garanzia ridicola non rispondono e lasciano a te il problema.

Courtesy to the minimum wage. Obvious inexperience and incompetence. Vague and useless answers to solutions to problems created by the poor quality of the hiare. They catch young boys at the first, and they don't notice that they are losing customers in bursts. To deal with people, it takes a lot more especially if you are looking for quality products and they don't have them and even better in my case they don't even know how to position them precisely.
Little boys of low professional level, to one of them who three times gave me you despite being a woman and despite having pointed it out to him in an ironic way and Cortese continued to talk about you. On September 29th I bought from them a glass to protect my new phone, they offer you a ridiculous guarantee of only 7 days and let's say on the seventh day a bubble was created not logically caused by me but by the lack of professionalism with which it was positioned the glass therefore after 7 days if you have problems with the glass that they have sold you because it has created bubbles or is chipped and I repeat not because of my client but because of them and the poor quality of their products, your problems remain. SO BAD !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trasparenza gentilezza e professionalità sono le parole perfette per descrivere questo piccolo ma potente punto vendita di smartphone di ultima generazione... Basti pensare che una banalità come la protezione dello schermo del cellulare ce li hanno di tutti i tipi se spendi pochi euro in più te lo danno in vetro che sembra fatto di adamantio e t dura almeno 1 anno perfetto sempre che il cellulare non subisca urti... Nel caso protezione Anke angolare garantita... Questo negozio è la Ferrari dei negozi d telefonia... Comodo come ubicazione pratico ed economico... Andateci non ve ne pentirete...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, ho aspettato circa 1 mese di tempo per sapere che il computer non era riparabile. Ho portato il pc da loro, mi è stato detto da un assistente che sarebbe stato riparato in circa una settimana. Preso dall'entusiasmo ho pensato bene di affidarmi a loro. Dopo circa due settimane, ancora nessuna notifica. Allorché chiamo e mi sento dire che il pezzo è difficile da reperire (ps se non avessi chiamato io probabilmente non avrei più avuto notizie). Dopo circa un mese di tempo vengo a conoscenza che il pezzo di ricambio (schermo) é irreperibile. Una volta appreso la incapacitá di gestione delle riparazioni l'ho portato in un altro centro assistenza. Inutile dire che ho risolto in meno di due giorni. Penso proprio che non mi rivolgeró più a loro.
Bad service, I waited about 1 month to find out that the computer was not repairable. I took the pc to them, was told by an assistant it would be fixed in about a week. Taken by enthusiasm, I thought it best to rely on them. After about two weeks, still no notification. When I call and I am told that the piece is difficult to find (ps if I had not called I probably would not have had more news). After about a month I learn that the spare part (screen) is unavailable. Once I learned about the inability to manage repairs, I took him to another service center. Needless to say, I solved it in less than two days. I really don't think I will turn to them anymore.
