aggiornamento al 20 febbraio ( due settimane) ancora nessun collegamento chiesto il reso e non sanno quando me lo daranno. State lontani da questo negozio e se possibile anche da tim. Martedì appuntamento dai carabinieri per denuncia State lontani entrerete in un loop senza soluzione.

update as of February 20 (two weeks) still no link asked for the return and they don't know when they will give it to me. Stay away from this shop and if possible also from tim. Tuesday appointment with the carabinieri to report Stay away you will enter a loop without solution.

Spero che qualche responsabile della TIM faccia un controllo perche se continuate ad assumere dipendenti del genere continuerete a perdere clienti, come avete fatto come me.
