★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo comprato casa da loro. Casa di nuovissima costruzione in Classe A a Milano. Sarebbe dovuta essere silenziosa, i rumori interni ed esterni sarebbero dovuti essere inesistenti. Inoltre i consumi energetici sarebbero dovuti essere contenuti. Ad un mese dal nostro ingresso in casa NUOVA tutto questo non è stato mantenuto. I consumi energetici sono alti, e i rumori interi sono allucinanti. Le pareti non sono assolutamente silenziate come dovrebbero. Pessimi.
We bought a house from them. Brand new house in Class A in Milan. It should have been silent, internal and external noises should have been non-existent. Furthermore, energy consumption should have been contained. One month after we entered the NEW house, all of this was not maintained. Energy consumption is high, and whole noises are hallucinating. The walls are absolutely not as silent as they should be. Bad.
