Ho consultato diverse agenzie e tutte davano per impossibile la mia richiesta. Loro invece hanno valutato l'immobile ( in ottime condizione) , hanno valutato il palazzo ( ristrutturato completamente un anno fa) con ascensore e mi hanno risposto che la cifra che io chiedevo non era impossibile !!! Per concludere..... dopo neanche 3 settimane ho venduto l'immobile alle mie condizioni !!! Un ringraziamento in particolare a JEFFERSON e a KEVIN che ci hanno seguito dall'inizio del contratto fino alla vendita dell'immobile...... grazie ragazzi !!! Lo consiglio vivamente AFFIDATEVI E FIDATEVI !!! Very trained staff !!! A group truly professional. In front of your request they do not deceive you, but neither do they discourage you !!! Instead they evaluated the property (in excellent condition), evaluated the building (completely renovated a year ago) with a lift and they replied that the amount I asked for was not impossible !!! I ragazzi sono pieni di passione, di energia e di voglia di fare, tanto che se passi davanti all'agenzia li vedi tutti i giorni ancora a lavorare alle nove di sera (e operativi pure di Domenica mattina). Io sono stata seguita in particolar modo da Kevin, persona ultra professionale e sempre a disposizione che ha saputo far incontrare le mie esigenze con quanto disponibile, aiutandomi anche per la parte legata al mutuo. Anche Sabatino ha avuto un ruolo chiave per la parte amministrativa.
