Per la prima volta e stato un disguido e la casa in affitto quale dovevo prendere e rimasta cosi, tutto e stato gestito quasi 10 anni fa dal padre e esperienza e stata media. Ultimi due volti invece tramite il figlio Cavallari Marco in 2017 ho preso una casa in modalità "compraffito" e nonostante le complicazioni e difficoltà il suo lavoro e professionismo di alto livello, nonché la voglia di cercare soluzioni e accontentare tutti due parti e aiutato e anche stato apprezzato di tutti dando la spinta finale , per la successiva e ultima tapa la vendita del immobile a quale proprietario sono io da pochi giorni.
