Né maghi, né stregoni, solo degli ottimi professionisti, veramente al servizio del cliente. Nel mio caso mi hanno sbrogliato in pochi giorni una vera e propria matassa che mi vedeva bloccato da quasi un mese in albergo, venendo io da fuori Milano e non riuscendo a trovare nulla di appena decente da affittare. Consigliatissimi! Do you have a real estate problem ?! Voila, the problem is gone! Neither wizards, nor sorcerers, only excellent professionals, truly at the customer's service. In my case they unraveled a real skein in a few days that saw me stuck in a hotel for almost a month, coming from outside Milan and unable to find anything just decent to rent. Highly recommended!

L'agenzia si è dimostrata poco professionale ed ha commesso numerosi errori che elencherò qui sotto: -Banali errori di battitura in documenti importanti (consiglio più riletture) -errori codici imposte -promesse su gestione dei tempi che non hanno mantenuto e che hanno condotto alla necessità di posticipare il rogito (alla fine abbiamo aiutato a finire il trasloco) - commissioni alte ( di una casa che non abbiamo visitato) Il responsabile si è dimostrato sgarbato ed arrogante dalle prime telefonate per poi continuare con questa linea non solo con noi ma anche con la parte venditrice. (Ma questa è una storia che non sta a me raccontare) Accertatevi di avere altre figure professionali che sopperiscano alle lacune di questa agenzia. I waited a while for this review, I had to let off steam and be lucid. The agency proved unprofessional and made numerous mistakes which I will list below: -Banial typos in important documents (I recommend more rereadings) - tax code errors -promises on time management that they did not keep and that led to the need to postpone the deed (in the end we helped to finish the move) - high commissions (of a house we have not visited) The manager was rude and arrogant from the first phone calls and then continued with this line not only with us but also with the seller. (But this is a story that is not for me to tell) Make sure you have other professionals to fill in the shortcomings of this agency.
