★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visto un annuncio interessante su immobiliare.it allora decido di contattarli telefonicamente ma nessuna risposta, allora sempre sull annuncio vedo un numero whatsapp da contattare e decido di scrivergli dichiarandomi interessato all acquisto della casa in questione, vengo visualizzato senza risposta, decido di sollecitare il mio interesse nel ipotetico acquisto e finalmente si degnano di rispondermi dicendo che la casa è disponibile e che verrò contattato da un ragazzo, nel giro di 24h non succede nulla (altre aziende che vendono immobili richiamano immediatamente o al massimo nella mattinata successiva) a questo punto decido di scrivergli di nuovo ma vengo nuovamente visualizzato senza alcuna risposta, allora chiedo se la casa è in vendita o meno perché a questo punto sorgono a me dei dubbi, niente da fare visualizzato un altra volta senza risposta ovviamente. Morale della favola il giorno successivo (+24h dopo) mi scrivono e mi viene detto che l'appartamento è stato venduto, tralasciando che l appartamento sia stato venduto o meno è stato un comportamento davvero poco professionale da parte dei dipendenti non è bello essere totalmente ignorati tanto meno quando si è potenziali acquirenti.
I saw an interesting ad on immobiliare.it then I decide to contact them by phone but no answer, then always on the ad I see a whatsapp number to contact and I decide to write to him stating that I am interested in buying the house in question, I am displayed without an answer, I decide to request the my interest in the hypothetical purchase and finally they deign to answer me saying that the house is available and that I will be contacted by a guy, nothing happens within 24 hours (other companies that sell properties call back immediately or at most in the next morning) at this point I decide to write to him again but I am displayed again without any answer, then I ask if the house is for sale or not because at this point some doubts arise, nothing to do displayed another time without answer obviously. Moral of the story the next day (+ 24h later) they write to me and I am told that the apartment has been sold, aside from whether the apartment has been sold or not it was a really unprofessional behavior on the part of the employees it is not nice to be totally ignored even less when you are a potential buyer.

Neanche due settimane e ci hanno portato i risultati richiesti, se non meglio.Da subito siamo stati chiari su quello che volevamo e siamo stati ascoltati in tutto. L'agente immobiliare che faceva gli appuntamenti Christopher, davvero disponibile ed educato, oltre che bravo nel suo lavoro(avrei comprato casa mia di nuovo). Io e la mia famiglia siamo piu che soddisfatti. Ancora un grazie dalla famiglia basso e ora cerchiamo la casetta nuova ?
What can I say, a young, serious and helpful team. Not even two weeks and they brought us the required results, if not better. We were immediately clear about what we wanted and we were heard in everything. The real estate agent who made appointments Christopher, really helpful and polite, as well as good at his job (I would have bought my house again). My family and I are more than satisfied. Again thanks from the low family and now we are looking for the new house ?
