Premesso che trovare il posto è stato molto difficile perché è una strada chiusa da una barra, senza alcuna indicazione, la mia esperienza è stata negativa al massimo. Sconsiglio di andare a chiunque voglia farlo. In un epoca di Covid , dove si cerca di diminuire al massimo il contatto, mi sono ritrovata in una situazione a forte rischio di contagio. Ho atteso circa un'ora e mezza per fare l'accettazione. Non c'è niente che sia funzionante. Su tre sportelli , solo uno è attivo. Non prendi un numero ma sei individuato visivamente da un dipendente, che ti dice quale è l'ultima persona, dopo la quale vieni tu. Ci sono state numerose proteste da parte di più persone agli sportelli. L'organizzazione è pessima. Mi sono indignata perchè non si può impegnare un impiegato per dirti dove sedere, basta comprare un banalissimo sistema dove stacchi il numero della coda. Su tre sportelli, se hai una stanza (non un salone) stracolmo di persone, dirotti momentaneamente l'accettazione su tutti per smaltire la coda. Se scoppiano le proteste non va bene. L'attesa inutile stressa tutti. Ma la cosa più assurda è che la responsabile del servizio era in uno dei tre sportelli, e non ha fatto niente. Conclusione : FATE QUALCOSA le soluzioni ci sono e sono banali. I am indignant. It was a nightmare situation. I will never go again. s	samuele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenetevi il più lontano possibile da questo posto purtroppo non si possono mettere 0 stelle io soffro di diabete ed è una settimana che tutte le mattine mi faccio circa 30km in andata e 30km di ritorno per venire a ritirare gli ausili del diabete e continuano a dirmi di venire domani per vedere perché non riescono a trovarli a me sono scaduti ormai da due giorni ma a loro non frega assolutamente nulla anzi un medico ieri si è anche permesso di ridermi in faccia dicendomi eh ma cosa vuole da noi non siamo mica noi ad essere diabetici lei lo è, è a lei che interessa venire a prenderselo quindi non si lamenti.
