★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una telecamera e andata due mesi. commessi non sanno neanche quello che dicono riescono a vendere prodotti di scarsa qualità. non comprerò più niente in quel negozio tornerò al unieuro come sempre.
 I bought a camera and went two months. shop assistants do not even know what they are saying they manage to sell poor quality products. i will not buy anything in that shop anymore i will go back to unieuro as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza , entro nel negozio per chiedere informazioni sul prodotto aspirapolvere un modello G10 e per chiedere delucidazioni rapide prima dell’acquisto . Vengo timidamente accolta da un commesso che impiega circa 20 strazianti minuti nella sua prolissa spiegazione del prodotto e facendomi scendere letteralmente il latte alle ginocchia dopo di che arrivata in cassa volevo solo ringraziarlo scopro che era stato portato il prodotto non richiesto per un acquisto ma bensì solo per una spiegazione . Vendita aggressiva e pessima preparazione dato che le informazioni differiscono totalmente dalla scheda tecnica del sito 20 minuti buttati per una spiegazione inutile!!!

Bad experience, I enter the shop to ask for information on the vacuum cleaner product for a G10 model and to ask for quick explanations before purchasing. I am timidly welcomed by a salesman who takes about 20 excruciating minutes in his long-winded explanation of the product and literally making me drop the milk to my knees after which arrived at the cash desk I just wanted to thank him I discover that the product was brought not required for a purchase but only for an explanation. Aggressive sales and bad preparation since the information totally differs from the technical data sheet of the site 20 minutes wasted for a useless explanation !!!

I commessi sono stati molto professionali e gentili peccato però che alla Mediaworld vedevano lo stesso smartphone da me acquistato a 170 euro in meno. Mi sono sentita truffata. Mentre la Mediaworld offre l'opportunità di reso entro 14gg lo Xiaomi store non lo permette e il manager non è interessato alla fidelizzazione dei propri clienti e a provare una mediazione. Consiglio vivamente di acquistare i vs prodotti Xiaomi online o alla Mediaworld dove i vs diritti di consumatore sono più tutelati e dove troverete prezzi più vantaggiosi.
